I'm not going to get too fancy here, as my rig is a convertible and I don't want to spend a bunch of money and have everything stolen.  I got a deal on some el-cheapo RadioShack 10" truck boxes.  $9.97 plus my discount.  I used my old SoundStream lil' Wonder amp and made it happen.  Here's a pic of my custom work

(edit) Well that didn't last long, my head unit got stolen from my truck, along with my CB radio, but not the amps and speakers.  So I went ahead and took all them out before they could get stolen.  I then installed another tape deck I got from my dad, but that got stolen a few months later.  So for the time being, I am just going to have to have NO stereo system.  Nothing for the thieves to steal.  I might just make something portable to use on the trails like a boom box or a MP3 player and some speakers.
