4runner- Transfer Case
- Inchworm 3.4 V6 transmission adapter
- Link to a thread with information about the different 3.0L and 3.4L V6 adapters:

- Marlin 4.7 gears and 23 spline input
- Longfield chrome-moly output shaft
- Marlin Twinsticks with Trail-Gear shift knobs
- Allpro t-case e-brake (modified)
I spaced the e-brake handle up 1/2" for disk clearance and then looped the cable around 360 degrees to connect to the brake lever/bell crank.
- The lever style e-brake has less cable pull than the pull-handle style e-brake the Allpro kit was designed for, so I had to make a different bell crank.
- New bell crank has lots of holes for adjustability
- I used studs from a Toyota rear axle brake backing plate to mount the brake disk to the Inchworm quad-drilled t-case flange.
- FROR t-case crossmember (modified)
- I traced my old FROR crossmember and then built my own and just reused the bushings.
- The square tube portion is bolted on to facilitate transmission/t-case removal.
- Marlin Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS)
- '96-up 4runners used the ABS wheel sensors and ABS computer to drive the speedometer instead of a cable or VSS.
- Marlin's VSS screws into the t-case's cable drive output and provides the signals the speedometer and engine computer need to function.
- I tapped into the vehicle wiring harness where the ABS computer used to be in the passenger's side kick panel
- Speedometer is dead-on with 37" tires and 5.29 axle gears.
