2004 Toyota Tacoma - Adding Intermittent Wipers

This is the most basic Tacoma 4WD offered, and it didn't include intermittent wipers - which drove me nuts. So after studying the FSM and reading on the internet a bit, I found that the "brain" of the intermittent wipers is in the wiper switch itself, and swapping in an intermittent switch required no modifications. All wiring for the wipers is the same regardless if the truck came with or without intermittent wipers.

I found an intermittent wiper switch from a '96 or '98 Tacoma for $30, that is the one pictured below in my '04.

Unfortunately, I am not going to detail the swap here! Due to our litigious society and the fact that you have to remove the steering wheel and pad (which contains the airbag), I don't want to risk any liability. Paranoid, sure - but crazier things have happened. Hint: if you have access to the FSM, it exactly details this work.
